Introduction 

To facilitate the transformation of an applicant to a prospective employee, the respective concern also holds a lot of responsibilities to pursue. This study suite is supposed to outline an entire recruitment process in the incipient phase. The respective segment is driven by the intent to pose an ideal recruitment process to transmit insightful scenarios regarding the ambience of an interview panel. Furthermore, the study serves the obligation to recommend some introspective suggestions regarding the post-recruitment monitoring process of the new applicant and also proposes the governing parameters to evaluate the work performance of the respective applicant. In the final phase, this study is supposed to evaluate the status of an employer in terms of leadership and management skills while exploring some of the popular and effective analytical frameworks of the variables.

Churchill Residential Care feels the pleasure and Honour to invite prospective candidates to apply for the post of Staff Nurse. On that note, it must be admitted that the nature of this vacancy is urgent as we need staff nurses as early as possible. In this case, we expect a nominal BSc in the Nursing domain that can be served as the eligibility criteria of the respective candidate. The recruits are expected to function as staff nurses irrespective of sexes and are supposed to visit native quarters which will be considered overnight. Furthermore, we are pleased to convey that we agree to offer two shifts coupled with the four earn leaves per month. On that course, it can also be admitted that we are up to entertain one sudden leave but further leaves will be considered as Non-paid leaves and subsequently deducted from the wage.

We are very pleased to declare that we are going to arrange an interview session the next Saturday.

Apart from serving the underprivileged of society from a moral and non-academic perspective, we used to provide accommodation to the potentially challenged in terms of physique and psyche. Moreover, we are supposed to provide a prudent diagnosis of the patients suffering from dementia. Apart from that, we are committed to providing residential medication to the potentially injured. Moreover, recently, we are planning to own a medicinal branch in the native hospital the staff of which will be committed to providing medicines at a meagre cost.

Task Two

Monitoring the Work Performance of the New Applicant during the Probationary and Training Period

  1. There is a necessity to monitor and evaluate the progress and work performance of the new applicant selected on the interview process. The confirmation letter has been provided upon the employment from the Churchill Residential Home Care with a probationary period of 6 months. After successful completion of the probationary period of the new applicant, there is an invitation provided by the staff members to ensure the training and development to discuss the entire work performance required in the health care (Chartier, 2014). The entire monitoring process would be followed with the following steps:

This process helps the new applicant to measure the performance required in health care. The specified forms provide the measurements of the required skills needed by the new staff to increase productivity.

  1. Developing of proper systems:

The proper monitoring process would help to increase the progress required in health care. The entire process of monitoring lies with the progress report of the entire working in the Churchill Residential Home Care (Wager et al. 2017).

  1. The training provided upon the applicant meet the purpose of the health care as well as residential home followed with the current policy. The proper training enhances the skills that include the technical terms considering all the procedures and policy to reduce any sort of problem. However, following the proper policy makes the better implementation of the training upon the new applicants. The training upon the new applicant provides the additional benefits for enhancing the better services upon the patients in health care as well as in residential homes (Marchington et al. 2016). 
  2. There is a certain fixed strategy that helps to develop the staff members in the home to enhance their skills. The staff members could enhance the skills through the individual leader that increases the knowledge or with the help of guidance. In the house, training includes action-centred learning, coaching, monitoring and assessing competence. There are necessities to implement proper training facilities in the individuals. Certain fixed strategies help to develop the working of the individual through the effective way of training programs.  The training facilities provide the compliance of the external necessity that includes care standards and professional registration. It helps in the allocation of the resources in a better manner while working in the health care organizations (Tracey, 2016). 
  3. Various theories make the individuals interact properly in the groups to develop the relation upon the team members at the time of working of health and social care. This includes the transactional, transformational theories associated with leadership that makes the better working of the team members. However, emotional intelligence provides the proposed theory in such a manner that develops the relationship between the staff members and management of the health care (Riccucci, 2017).

After conducting the successful interview process, there include the capable members of staff required in the organizations of Churchill Residential Home Care. The new staff members have now completed the 6 monthly probationary periods with a better report on the performance. It is important to look at the individual performance and needs to reflect on the styles of leadership to ensure a better approach for making the better approaches on the recruitment procedures. The autocratic leadership style has been followed by me to enhance the better working upon the newly recruited staff members (Snell et al. 2015). The autocratic forms of leadership styles help to take proper decisions without making inputs of the other members. This leadership style provides additional benefits to the newly recruited staff members to develop close supervision and helps in providing creative ideas. However, I have followed proper management styles to meet the set goals of the health care organizations. The authoritative management styles have been followed by me to enhance the better services by newly selected staff members (Wambach and Riordan, 2014). The authoritative style helps to meet the main objectives for achieving long term goals, vision and direction of the entire team. This process provides a better relationship with the associated team members and reduces the chances of conflicts. To increase the performance of the health care service, the management needs to implement the authoritative process that helps to enhance motivation among the staff members. After getting the motivation, the newly recruited employees would be able to increase the performance of the work at the time of working in Churchill Residential Home Care. From my own experience, good management styles help in developing better quality in the working. The recruitment of the right staff members provides better working and helps in increasing the productivity. Following the better experiences on the leadership, the theory makes the growth of performance and increases the service in the residential areas (Sparrow et al. 2016). The patients get better treatments and care by using the training skills of the staff members through the direction provided by the leaders with the help of autocratic styles of leadership. However, following authoritative management practices helps to increase the performance among the newly appointed staff members (White et al. 2014). 

Conclusion

It has been concluded that there is a necessity to implement proper planning in the recruitment and selection procedures by the H.R in the Churchill Residential Home Care. The entire process of selection of the candidates needs to be checked properly to make the successful carrying out of operations. The next steps include the training of development plan after 6 months of probationary periods. The training would be provided upon the selected employee to sharpen the skills from the services related to health care. The last step there includes the proper leadership styles as well as the management practices to encourage the newly appointed staff members to increase the production of work. The proper steps need to be followed in such a manner to achieve success from the feedback received by the patients after getting the treatments. The newly appointed staff members could be able to enhance better service among the residential care patients by learning from training and following the guidance of the leadership styles. The management must provide better services among the patients through adequate caring. However, the success could be easily achieved through the working of staff members by the good approaches in the leadership quality.
