Role of the technology in the black lives matter protests In black society technology has had greater impacts on socio-economic developments. It has enhanced the proper distribution of resources (capital& labor) in the labor market. Therefore, with technology, there have been more advancements in all societal sectors. IT careers are a viable source of economic advancement for Blacks who as a group face significant entry and exit requirements in the labor market. the information systems (IS) community can make Black lives matter in IT by advancing their opportunities in this occupational space in an equitable manner (Joshi et.al, 2017). technology has created job opportunities where all individuals can take up space in areas of specialization. This has encouraged individuals to stand up for white-collar jobs.

Part of the growing body of scholarship on social media includes uncovering the most effective methods for exploration that appropriately suit the activists’ objectives in the day-to-day activities. (cox& JM,2017). Social media has been an informative tool for the protestants, where data can be obtained easily hence continuous research and data analysis With the advent of renewables, white-collar energy experts have embraced proper and appropriate measures for inventing new tools using renewable resources. Concomitantly, anti-racist activists have enfolded technocratic energy issues into their intersectional agenda, situating themselves in the technical spaces that produce electricity (Lennon,2017). technology has led to further innovation. This is where activities yearn for new existing tools .to note this, technology is inventive.
