The policy is how the community interacts with the social challenges. Any government enactment that influences the welfare of individuals like regulations, laws and executive orders is known as a social policy. An expansive part of social arrangement perceives that benefit and philanthropic social offices foster strategies that affect customers and those they serve, causing them to have social ramifications. However, policy affects the behavior of human beings and their significance in social-work practices (Herrick, 2013). The social policy enables one to understand the social challenges in the community and their causes.
