1a) Individual Report (50%):
You are required to carry out secondary research of an Indian FMCD product (chosen by you and approved by tutor) and to prepare and submit a report of 3000 words.
Your report should consider the following:
- Critical analysis of the chosen Industry. 15Marks
- Critical evaluation of the available channel structures (including logistics) for similar FMCD
products vis a vis the one adopted by the chosen organisation. 25 Marks
- Critical appraisal of the Positioning and CRM strategy adopted through the Channel touch point. 15 Marks
- Critically analyse to suggest an appropriate channel structure (including VMS, e-commerce etc.)
for urban and rural markets separately (for the chosen product). 25 Marks
- Critical analysis and formulation of a suitable market research system and data collection method regarding customer perception about the product. 20 Marks
