1a) Individual Report (50%): 

You are required to carry out secondary research of an Indian FMCD product (chosen by you and approved by tutor) and to prepare and submit a report of 3000 words.   

Your report should consider the following: 

  1. Critical analysis of the chosen Industry.                                                            15Marks
  2. Critical evaluation of the available channel structures (including logistics) for similar FMCD 

products vis a vis the one adopted by the chosen organisation.                             25 Marks

  1. Critical appraisal of the Positioning and CRM strategy adopted through the Channel touch      point.                                                                                                             15 Marks
  2. Critically analyse to suggest an appropriate channel structure (including VMS, e-commerce etc.) 

for urban and rural markets separately (for the chosen product).                         25 Marks                                                            

  1. Critical analysis and formulation of a suitable market research system and data collection method regarding customer perception about the product.                        20 Marks
