Handball

Handball is one of my favorite sporting activities where two teams, each consisting of seven players, pass a ball by using their hands, aiming to throw it at the goal of their opponent. I love playing handball since it is an exciting sport that brings fitness and skills. It makes you become stronger and expand your jumping and throwing skills. It improves my physical strength, arm muscles, and general strength of my upper body. Such a game has several rules, and among them, there are some interesting ones. For example, an athlete who has the ball may stand still without moving for only three seconds and is permitted to take only three steps. What an exciting sport! By training, one becomes familiar with these rules and passing forms in the basic exercises. I mostly play handball on weekends or when I am from school. I do this at the dedicated handball ground in New York.  Sometimes I do my training at home. You cannot fail to like handball, I tell you.

Football 

According to many people, this would simply mean soccer. It is a game that requires so much effort. It commonly consists of two teams that involve themselves in kicking a ball with the aim of scoring. Football may sometimes require the skills of an athlete since it involves great speed and energy. Football requires heavy training for one to possess adequate and required skills. Sometimes it can even include lifting weights to harden one’s muscles. Training has enabled me to remain on form for quite some good time. This is one of the sporting activities that enjoy great support across the globe. Football is advantageous in various and several ways. It helps improve the blood pressure and the health of our hearts. It builds strong muscles and improves bone strength. Football in a way, enhances teamwork, sharing, and coordination for without these, one can’t be a successful footballer. It immensely improves one’s speed and enhances concentration levels among players. I love playing football while at home and mostly when I am free or when I need relaxation. It makes my mind settle. Just like me, many people in the United States love football and they are fans of football. Who doesn’t love football? Even globally, most football games take place on weekends.

Tennis 

What a great activity tennis is! Tennis is a racket game I greatly enjoy. It is customarily played either individually against one opponent (an athlete) or between two teams consisting of two players each. This game requires significant effort from the players. Most people in different states do not have much interest in tennis. I find it quite exciting to play tennis holding to various reasons. Tennis is a good sport that assists in maintaining good health, physical fitness and agility. I love playing tennis since through that, I get to meet new people and make friends. It teaches me how to treat others well, communicate and cooperate with them at different levels. I mostly play tennis at home with friends and families as a social activity, although sometimes I travel to meet and play with strangers. This I do during my leisure time. I note that in the early 1900s, tennis was not a popular sport.

Swimming 

Among the sports that I love is swimming. Swimming as a sports activity can involve an individual or a team where they race the using their whole body to move through water. It involves propulsion of the body arm, leg movements and natural floatation of the body. Swimming is considered an essential aspect of physical exercise. It maintains the heart rate and can help relieve stress off my body in most cases. Swimming may seem simple though it requires similar energy just as the other sporting activities. However, in my opinion, I would say that swimming is lots of fun. It is a popular exercise recommended in the field of therapy. I often swim whenever I feel stressed or when I want my body to feel relaxed. I do swim in pools or even open water. This sometimes I do at our home since we possess a swimming pool. I mostly enjoy swimming on the weekends.
