The essay has to be on ‘CONSUMER AND PRODUCER SURPLUS’
a. define, with an example, Consumer and Producer Surplus.
b. use a model to show how ‘efficiency’ can be measured by using consumer and producer surplus.
c. use examples to help explain how the efficiency of the market can be effected by the government’s desire to improve equity.
