Nancy: As per my opinion I believe that we can announce on companies’ online websites for hiring effective employees for the organizations (English, 2020). The company should choose staff by looking at their educational background, their problem-solving capability, and their work pressure-handling ability.

Sarah: In my opinion, I found out that the human resource management team can handle this matter effectively. Experienced workers are eligible to manage the critical working situation of the organization.

customer base

Amanda: what is your opinion about the customer base?

James: I think that the customer base should be “less frequent purchase” which is known as the tall customer base that is effective for small quantity products but earning a huge amount of money (Nicholson, 2018). In my view, homeowners, renters, and the landlord of the apartments can be our customers. On the other hand, the corporate office owners also can be our customers.

Nancy: The cleaning industry covers the relationship of the clients like identifying the needs of the clients and meeting those needs by providing a good quality cleansing. Housekeeping service for providing advice and information.

Sarah: I believe that a good customer base can be created by understanding the journey of the customers and focusing on their choices, their expressions, and remembering the number of hard-working people, not the numbers. Consistently delivering great quality goods to their customers and focusing on the customer’s care will help manage the customer base.
