Economics Assignment

Job performance and commitment are basically complex behavioral dynamics that are highly affected by several individual mechanisms. However, from my perspective, decision making is the main mechanism that shapes my organizational commitment and job performance. Basically, decision-making is a complex dynamic that involves choosing between two or more courses of action to solve the problem at hand. Decision-making satisfies me as an employee because when I make a sound decision that helps the company solve their problematic issues, I feel motivated to perform and be more committed in my work.

I think many people will argue from the same perspective. However, you can agree with me; there is an inner feeling that makes you motivated when you always make sound decisions. Then you sit down and see your own decision being implemented and later being a big deal in maximizing companies’ profit. Yes! That what I am talking about. The main secret that makes me unique is my ability to way the decisions I make. For instance, when working in a team, I make sure to take every member’s view and analyze its advantages and consequences in both short-term and long-term perspectives. In conclusion, employees who contribute to the companies decisions are highly committed, and they improve their performance day by day.
