The global crisis occurred due to the COVID-19 pandemic, has turned the human race into death beds and has impacted the global health system. In March 2020, Canada faced its first emergency for coronavirus in hospitals of Toronto and it expanded due to shortage of PPE kits, proper protocols and medical requirements.

In the beginning, the health system of Canada suffered a lot even after multiple implementations and delayed measures. But, after several failures Canadian hospitals and health departments reconstructed the emergency wards to provide maximum health care services to the patients. A hospital in Ontario was required to lookup at a nursing home with 12 deaths, 89 infected residents and 49 staff members with virus. The hospital took the liberty to deliver best health treatment and implemented a four-phase plan. The plan resulted as a barrier on the spread of COVID effectively.

In the four-phase plan, trust-management between doctor and patient was implemented. Scanning and real time responses were generated for the affected ones. After then, early response and treatment was planned for week plan and transiting phase for another 10 days.

One of the largest social barrier was faced by Windsor city in Ontario at a Public School in the process of taking COVID measures. As per the survey conducted by Windsor-Essex County Health Unit, the area was reported with highest number of positive cases at a rate of 49 per 1,000 locals. The school is still closed since November 17,2020. As the area is covered with residents of low-salary and includes maximum number of front-line workers and mediocre families, it was difficult for them to access the health care due to language differentials.

There must be few changes in the healthcare system in order to facilitate all the residents of Canada with COVID-19 health solutions. Initially, it is essential to implement the usage of information systems which stores the health records of all patients digitally and helps to provide real time service to the COVID patient. The integration of primary health care at the front-line of all the health systems is an important step towards strengthening the health service of Canada. Also, it is important to re-conduct the delivery of health services by introducing team practices and by increasing home-based health care program. Implementation of teleconsultation services would also improve the health care services to the residents.

At last, the approach towards the better healthcare measures has been improvised by framing the public health messaging and by providing health service surveys and evidence to the residents of  Canada and the treatments are being provided with an ambition of  effective health and fight against COVID-19.
