ASSESSMENT TASK

This assessment task is a portfolio of evidence, and it is designed to assess your ability to develop critical and creative thinking schools in others within a workplace context

Students are required to:

  • Select a Scenario from the document BSBCRT511_T1_Scenarios

You can choose the Bounce Fitness Gym Scenario or choose one based on personal experience or interest

The assessment comprises of the following sections:

SECTION 1: Assess team and individual critical and creative thinking skills

SECTION 2: Implement a micro session and provide feedback

SECTION 3: Overview organisational structure to further facilitate critical and creative thinking

SECTION 1 – ASSESS TEAM AND INDIVIDUAL THINKING SKILLS

In this section, you are required to:

  • Introduce your organisation and identify potential formal and informal learning opportunities.
  • Identify training/learning needs of individuals and develop a learning plan.
  1. Organisation Overview – Critical and Creative Thinking Concepts and Learning

Address all the following:

  • Briefly introduce your organisation, indicating key business objectives and direction
  • Provide examples of how employees are required to apply critical and creative thinking in the workplace
  • Identify potential formal and informal learning opportunities for developing critical and creative thinking
  1. Assess Learning Needs that align to organisational objectives

Address all the following:

  • Discuss methods for gathering data for identifying knowledge gaps in your work Teams
  • Develop a questionnaire for identifying the learning gaps of team members that is relevant to your workplace

Address all the following:

  • Present a summary or table that summarises the results of your inquiry. Your results should be both quantitative and qualitative.
