What am I required to do in this assignment?

You are required to make concise notes of up to 800 words and upload these no later than 24 hours before the in-class test. Notes must be fully referenced with a corresponding reference list, presented in Harvard style.
You may have a copy of the notes that you uploaded to support you on the day of the test.
On the day of the test, you will be provided with a case study of a real-life service that is concerned with healthcare and welfare of the people who use its service.
You are required to answer a series of questions that demonstrate your knowledge and understanding of the factors that need to be considered regarding delivery and on-going development of that service and how these can be addressed to improve service delivery and outcomes for the people who use the service.
In your answers, you must show your knowledge of the wider socio-political and socio-economic factors that strengthen or limit service delivery.
In your answers, you must use in-text references and/or citations.
You do not need to provide a reference list in your answer form as you will have already provided this in your notes.

What do I need to do to pass? (Threshold Expectations from UIF)

  • Develop your notes in preparation for the test which must include references and a reference list. Your referencing must reflect the Harvard Referencing system and must be uploaded 24 hours before the in-class test.
  • Answer all of the questions fully.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of real-life issues that affect the delivery of services.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of realistic and achievable interventions that will address the issues you that you have identified, and the strategies needed to achieve these.
  • Demonstrate your use and synthesis of unit Core text and Guided text.
